Q1 Recap 💐I have been looking forward to writing this one. Every quarter I try to pause before jumping into what is next — to actually look back at what happened, what it meant, and why it matters. And this quarter more than most, I needed that moment of reflection. So here it is. My honest Q1 recap — and a little window into everything that has been happening behind the scenes at Launch Grow Exit.

The Founders. Always the Founders.

Six incredible women became new Launch Grow Exit clients this quarter. Six founders who decided to stop figuring it out alone and invest in having a real thought partner in their corner. Watching each of them move from overwhelmed to clear — from spinning their wheels to actually gaining traction — is the reason I do this work every single day. I do not take that trust lightly and I never will. 🌷

Showing Up in Rooms.

We co-hosted three events this quarter and every single one reminded me why in-person community is irreplaceable and why working with our charity partners to make it an impact is so important. There is something that happens when Female Founders get into a room together — the honesty, the generosity, the energy — that simply cannot be replicated anywhere else. If you attended one of our events this quarter, thank you for being there. You made those rooms what they were.

The Partners Who Believe in This Mission.

Four new brand sponsors came on board in Q1 — and I want to be clear about what that means to me. Finding partners who genuinely want to show up for female founders, not just put a logo on something, has always been the standard. This quarter we found four of them. That is something worth celebrating. 🌸

Back in the Classroom.

One of my favorite moments of the quarter was guest lecturing a college class. Walking into a room full of students who are just beginning to think about entrepreneurship — and getting to have an honest, unfiltered conversation about what the founder journey actually looks like — was a gift. The next generation of founders is going to be something special.

Conversations Worth Listening To.

I went into each conversation committed to one thing — saying the things that actually help founders, not just the things that sound good. I cannot wait for you to hear them and with their host’s communities.

The In Between.

And then there were the dinners, the conferences, the early morning breakfasts, the hallway conversations that turned into something real.
